Adult Classes
We’re excited to launch our adult dance classes – a fun, light-hearted space where you can move, laugh, and reconnect with your body. Taught by a highly qualified and supportive teacher, Eileen will gently challenge you physically while always keeping in mind that life is busy, bodies change and energy isn’t what it used to be! Whether you're returning to dance or trying something new, this is your time. It's important for adults to do something just for themselves – to let go, feel good and enjoy the joy of movement in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

What to expect:
Class 1 -
Monday 18.00-18.55 Get back to Jazz This class is aimed at adults with previous dance experience and a degree of fitness! We'll work with our bodies, (wherever we're at physically) and challenge our minds. With great music and a supportive vibe, it’s a chance to move, reconnect and rediscover your love for dance—no pressure, just joy!
Class 2 -
Monday 19:00- 19:55 Beginners Ballet This class is suitable for complete beginners, however dancers with some experience are also welcome to this class as exercises can be adapted to be more of a challenge if required! Eileen works with the bodies in front of her, ensuring everyone feels challenged but still comfortable.

But what do I wear?!
Try not to worry too much about what your wearing in these classes.. It's easy for adult's to get stuck into the mindset of "everyone's looking at me!!".
My advice is that you try and remember that everyone else is thinking the same thing! We're all much more concerned with what we look like... Not what everyone else in the room looks like!
Wear comfortable clothes.. Ideally something fitted like leggings and a fitted top/leotard and tights.
You may wear a wrap ballet skirt or shorts over the top if you wish. Black footless tights are also a good option.
For ballet, split sole canvas or leather ballet shoes are necessary. These can be purchased from any dance shop however you don't need to wear them on week one, you can go barefoot instead.
Please email mordanceacademy@gmail.com if you have any questions and to secure your place!
